The S&P 500 closed at 7,721.02, down βˆ’0.30%, inside a range of 7,690.94 to 7,732.21. The Nasdaq 100 finished at 29,407.05, down βˆ’1.36%, while the Dow closed at 52,343.34, down βˆ’0.25%. The Russell 2000 rose +1.01% to 2,858.98. Futures mirrored the move, with ES at 7,754.25 (βˆ’0.39%) and NQ at 29,566.25 (βˆ’1.41%). The VIX ended at 16.45 (βˆ’2.26%). Breadth showed 3,278 advancers against 2,237 decliners. Health care led sectors at +2.40% and real estate added +2.21%, while technology fell βˆ’1.18% and communication services dropped βˆ’1.87%. Gold settled at $4,034.10 (βˆ’1.35%) and oil closed at $102.77 (+1.01%). The 10-year yield was 4.989%, down βˆ’5.6 bp.

Movers

ADT led top gainers at $12.52 (+37.58%) with 1.04M in volume, followed by Glaukos at $242.48 (+33.65%). IOVA led decliners at $9.56 (βˆ’35.45%), while ServiceNow fell βˆ’26.95% to $109.67. GOOGL was among the most active at 136.68M shares, dropping βˆ’12.64% to $283.82.

After hours

CDNA led after-hours gainers at $78.00 (+9.06%), followed by SYM at $40.55 (+8.43%). ATEC led decliners at $8.85 (βˆ’22.16%), and INTC fell βˆ’17.46% to $75.99 on 21.64M in volume.
